Task 2: Demonstrate that a boat is secure and suitable for use

You will be asked to demonstrate that the vessel you are about to use;

1. Has berthing/mooring lines that are in good condition
2. Has berthing/mooring cleats, bitts, etc are sound and secure
3. Is secured using the lines and cleats on the vessel and berth.
