Task 5: Skipper advises of voyage plan

You will be asked to state correctly in writing or verbally the:

1. Vessel’s name.
2. Registration number or call sign.
3. Departure point, time and estimated time of return.
4. Destination and trip intentions.
5. Number of persons onboard.
6. Amount of fuel carried.

Note:
To have all details for logging on you may need to ask the assessor for details about where and how long the assessment will take place.
